customers to order day-old chicks directly from their phones—saving time,
reducing travel costs, and ensuring better customer convenience.

STEP 1

INFORMATION REQUIRED.
1. Number of chicks required.
2. Preferred date of collection (subject to availability).
3. Ross Breeders Depot location you wish to collect
the chicks from.
STEP 2
PAYMENTS
1. Mobile Money – We initiate the payment from our end.
2. POS Swipes – Visit your nearest Ross Breeders Zambia outlet,
swipe your card, and the outlet will share the slip with us.
3. Bank Deposits & Transfers – Simply send your deposit slip or
proof of payment (POP) to our Central Ordering number.
STEP 3
COLLECTION
Order Confirmation:
After your payment is received and verified, we will send a Sales Order to your WhatsApp number.
No smartphone? No problem! Just visit your nearest Ross Breeders Zambia outlet, and a printed copy of your order will be provided.
Our Sales Representative will contact you to confirm collection date.
